~ A Happy Place ~

If you want to be in a happy place, think of something great
things that make your heart sing, to bring on a joyful state.
Don't ever let thoughts linger on things that make you curse
that doesn't help us out at all and just makes us feel worse

Have you ever seen a child watching themselves crying in a mirror? Haha they love it and it usually turns to laughter. Maybe adults should do the same when they're feeling down.
Sometimes we enjoy dwelling on our own misery but it doesn't do us any good. Like all negative feelings and thoughts...they fester away and make you sick. This can cause all kinds of illness to manifest in your body or mind. Forgive, forget and move on. 
Hating someone only hurts you, if there is anyone you dislike that much then they don't deserve any of your energy, so don't feed them. Forget.
If you're hating yourself for something you did or didn't do. Forgive yourself. Love yourself and realise we all make mistakes, learn from it. If you're unable to make amends, move on.
Just pretending you're happy can make things seem better you can actually trick yourself and before you know it you're back on track and feeling good about life.
Listen to some music, do a silly dance...lighten up and find your inner child...go pull silly faces in the mirror. Play..... be happy.
